Estates and Property Surveyor - Somerset - Multiple Roles

Multiple long term contract positions are available for experienced General Practice Surveyors

Your new company
You'll be joining a public sector landlord based in the Somerset region who are responsible for the strategic management of a diverse and mixed-use estate including leisure centres, libraries, educational buildings and office blocks.

Your new role
As a contract Estates Surveyor you will be involved in a wide range of property management duties and responsibilities including management of rent reviews, negotiation or lease renewals and involvement in property acquisition and disposals. You'll be liaising with tenants directly, often resolving boundary issues or easements.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed as a contract Estates Surveyor you will need to have prior experience working on the client-side in a property and estates management position, demonstrating an excellent ability in landlord and tenant negotiations.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will initially be offered an interim contract for up to six months which is highly likely to extend further with an opportunity to apply for permanent positions later down the line. You'll receive a daily rate subject to your skills and experience, and will also have access to remote working arrangements.
