Chartered Surveyor required (AssocRICS considered) – Mixed Professional Role – Residential Property – North London office base
Our client is well-established practice of Chartered Surveyors who provide professional services and advice to the residential property sector and provide throughout London and Surrey.
Due to increased demand they are now seeking an ambitious Chartered Surveyor (AssocRICS considered) to join their expanding North London office.
The successful Chartered Surveyor will undertake a range of professional work including (but by no means limited to):
- Inspections relating to boundary disputes, part wall awards, pre-purchase surveys and valuations.
- Client Liaison.
- Attending site meetings and inspections.
- Report Writing
The successful Chartered Surveyor will ideally have a background in property with a minimum of three years surveying experience and a keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in the sector.
Remuneration for the successful chartered surveyor will include a basic salary circa £50k (£35-38k for AssocRICS), a bonus scheme (worth an additional £15-20k), petrol allowance, Pension scheme, RICS membership fees paid, Formal CPD training, Funded staff events as well as ongoing training and development.
