Job Details
Based in central Glasgow, this role will provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to flourish under the instruction of a nationwide consultancy. Focusing on both Professional services and Project work, this role is an ideal opportunity for any Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor looking to develop within not only a great firm, but also alongside well renowned professionals.
The successful candidate will focus on the development of key skills in Building Surveying, including but not limited to;
- Feasibility Appraisal
- Design Development
- Specification & Local Authority Statutory Consents
- Technical Due Diligence
- Development Monitoring
- Employer’s Agent
- Cost Appraisal
- Dilapidations: Landlord & Tenant
The right candidate will be highly motivated to further themselves in their building surveying career and must show a keen dedication to the work being undertaken. They will also have at least 3 months experience working at a building consultancy.
