Senior Project Manager

A household name in the world of property consultancy are looking for a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to work within the built environment in Manchester- mainly on Higher Education,
High Rise Residential or Retail schemes.

This is one of their core services offered to their clients so this presents a great chance to showcase your skills and help push an already thriving business. You will work on behalf of the client and ensure that their project is handed back to them in a faultless condition.

Their education clients cover - Primary/Secondary Schools, Independent schools and Higher Education.

Their Residential projects have ranged from - Private Homes, Apartments and Housing.

They have worked on Retail projects like - Retail Parks, Restaurants, Cinemas and Shopping Centres

Requirements:

-Previous experience of working in one/multiple of the named sectors
-Construction related degree
-Be a member of a relevant professional body would be advantageous


Salary on offer:

£45,000 - £65,000 DOE Experience
