Estates Surveyor - 6 Months - £45 P/H - Leicestershire
Vivid are currently recruiting for an Estates Surveyor to come into a council in Leicestershire on an initial 6 month contract.
The portfolio of the council is primarily commercial so experience in that is key, however, other areas such as residential and industrial are also relevant.
You will have experience in the following -
- MRICS
- Local Authority/Public Sector
- 2 years' working in a property services team
