Our client is an award winning consultancy covering Quantity Surveying and Dispute Resolution / Expert Witness disciplines

They work across sectors; hotels, commercial, highways, rail and breaking into aviation and have taken on a big hitter from another firm to lead this sector. Our client has also recently established a new part of the business - their own property development arm and are now covering the residential sector. It is an exciting growth period for our client who has many new ideas and strategies in the short, medium and long term.

Our client is therefore looking to add impressive intermediate QS's / cost managers to the team and build on their general PQS business. They will consider those from contracting and consultancy backgrounds, whether this is buildings/property or infrastructure. No need to be MRICS, they have a very good APC training plan with 5 internal assessors. They are focused on developing their staff continuously and consistently.

There are options to be seconded into clients to gain excellent client exposure and there are also office based roles.

In addition to the London office, there is also an office in Haywards Heath, close to Gatwick and a satellite office in Dubai. There are opportunities for international travel; recently a team of 7 went to New York.

Our client wants people who are interested in building a business and a brand, who want to be involved in business development and managing junior staff. Candidates can either remain as a PQS or move into Disputes in the future once MRICS.
