Technical / Project Director – London
£95000 - £100,000 plus bonus etc
UK based construction consultant is seeking to bolster their Project Management offering with the placing of a Technical / Project Director into the London business to sit between the existing team of Project Managers and the Directors.
They are looking for an experienced Project Manager who sees the opportunity in getting into a growing business early and wants to be part of the leadership and ongoing success in years to come.
Sector-wise they are currently strong in the arts and culture sector but are branching out into office, mixed use and residential which are their target growth sectors and hence someone with presence in these sectors would be a bonus.
This is very much a client facing role for an ambitious Associate level Project Manager currently frustrated by a lack of clear direction to Director who can quickly develop into this role based on performance and not time served or politics.
