Project Manager / Senior Project Manager Development & Regeneration Teesside Interim Contract

Hays are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and respected Housing Provider to recruit a Project Manager & Senior Project Manager on an interim basis. You will join the organisation's development & regeneration team leading the project management of a range of projects varying in value and complexity.

Your new role
Your new role of Project Manager / Senior Project Manager will be working on Development & Regeneration projects across the Organisation's premises (both existing and new build), and you will be required to promote the organisation's core values in line with company culture.

Key duties & responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking feasibility & appraisal work to assess identified development opportunities
• To monitor and effectively project manage projects from inception to post project review, through capital budgets, capital project meetings, delivery dates and KPIs.
• To consult with internal and external stakeholders regarding development, investment and design decisions.
• Ensuring that development and refurbishment schemes comply with any issued or revised Homes & Communities Agency standards including managing and maintaining all appropriate documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
• Complete and update reports
• Assisting the development manager in the preparation and monitoring of KPIs

What you'll need to succeed

• Knowledge of HCA policies and procedures
• Knowledge of development process, building and quality standards
• Development experience in private, RSL or LA sectors
• Proven track record of development project delivery, from feasibility to final account, including a range of projects / procurement types and high-value and complex projects.
• The successful candidate must also hold a relevant professional or technical qualification in construction & property i.e. RICS, CIOB etc... or relevant exempting experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong financial skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across a wide range of contacts.
• Professional and customer orientated approach
• Team player
