Project Manager - Construction

An independent and well-established construction consultancy, situated in Cambridge are seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding Cambridge office, following a successful major project bid.

The Company

A Construction Consultancy, small enough to care for their staff but big enough to have a significant impact on the industry, who specialise in a variety of sectors, but especially:

  • Commercial
  • Residential
  • Retail

The Role

The Project Manager role involves managing the successful implementation and delivery of projects. The projects will be delivered on time, to a high quality and within the specified budget. The successful Project Manager will be delivering specialist services across the pre and post-contract phases.

The Project Manager

As the Project Manager, you will ideally have 3+ years Project Management experience and aspiring to MRICS or MAPM and have a proven track record of working in multiple sectors, as well as:

  • Client facing, well presented and articulate
  • Relevant experience working as a Project Manager within a consultancy environment

PLEASE NOTE: This role will only be suitable for someone with current or extremely recent UK Construction experience working for a Consultancy and MUST have operated in a CLIENT FACING ROLE.
