Project Manager - London West End

An established Construction and Property Consultancy, who specialise in High End residential sectors, are seeking a Project Manager to join their London office.

The Role

As the Project Manager you will be managing the successful delivery of projects, to ensure that they are on time, to high quality and within the specified budget.

The role is predominantly post contract project delivery but could include some pre contract duties.

The Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will ideally have 2 years or more Project Management experience preferably with MRICS or MAPM (or aspiring to) and experience in the Residential Sector.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years Project Management experience
  • Proven track record of Build/Refurb projects
  • Client facing persona
  • Ability to communicate with senior managers

PLEASE NOTE: This role will only be suitable for someone with current or extremely recent UK Construction experience working for a Consultancy and MUST have operated in a CLIENT FACING ROLE in a Project Management Capacity both pre and post contract.
