A superb position has presented itself for an assistant project manager to join a well-established private practice in London.

About our client;

The business provides a full range of project management and consultancy services to developers, institutions, landlords and occupiers.

The team consists of chartered surveyors and project managers, all of whom have a high performing culture and take ownership of their projects.

The business will support you in your personal and professional development, helping you to become a chartered project manager with the RICS or another professional affiliation. They will give you a diverse range of projects and clients to work with that will challenge you and keep you developing as a professional.

About the role;

From day one you will be involved in a variety of different projects, mainly within the commercial space, working alongside one of the associates. You will also be given your own smaller schemes to put your own stamp on while receiving the oversight and support necessary.

Projects range from £2 million to £70 million; they vary in complexity and stature, typically all within the M25 and could be new build, refurbishments, extensions, alterations or cut and carve.

About you;

You will have a construction or property related degree and ideally be looking to become chartered. It is essential that you understand JCT contracts and have experience administering contracts. You must be a competent assistant project manager who has an understanding  of the project lifecycle from inception through to completion.

You must have excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis.
