Client-Side Project Manager

The successful candidate must be:

* A Proactive Professional that will be able to adapt to a varied number of Practical, Commercial, Administrative and Customer facing Tasks.
* Interested to work in an Internationally Cultured Environment
* Someone with strong customer service skills, due to regular interaction with external service providers
* Experience of project co-ordination leading multi-disciplinary teams
* Understanding of site procedures, technical drawings and processes involved in residential development
* Ability to negotiate with, co-ordinate and schedule external Service Providers, Authorities and/or Contractors
* Problems Solving & Complaint Handling
* Have the ability to co-ordinate within multi-disciplinary teams.

Their Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:

* Co-Ordination with colleagues throughout Project Management, Architecture, Design, Operations & Maintenance
* Management of Facilities Contractors
* Updating the Project/Property Management System
* Updating the company CRM
* Assisting in the Co-Ordination of all ongoing projects and refurbishments.
* Assisting in the Co-Ordination of Operations & Maintenance involved in equipping Apartments to be ready for new tenants
