Job Details
A large portfolio holder based in the West Midlands is looking for a Senior Asset Manager to provide strategic property advise on their commercial assets.
About Your Role:
- Advise on strategic asset management and devise plans to ensure cost effective savings and investment
- Undertake asset valuations, acquisitions and disposals
- Identify any cost saving opportunities and maximise on income through the portfolio
- You may have to undertake some estate management including rent reviews & lease renewals
About You:
Ideally you will be MRICS/hold a relevant degree
It is preferred if you have carried out a similar role and can demonstrate a commercial knowledge of the property market
