Job Details
Joshua Robert are working with a national property consultancy in the recruitment of Wayleaves Officers to work on various Utilities and Infrastructure projects across the North of England.
Based in either the businesses Manchester or Leeds office, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of regional utilities works and nationally significant infrastructure projects.
As a Wayleaves Officer you will negotiate wayleave agreements and easements relating to oil, gas, electricity and telecoms, assist with planning applications, liaise with landowners, solicitors, local authorities and other 3rd parties in relation to land access and compensation, amongst other duties.
Candidates will be considered from either a commercial or a rural background, you will not necessarily have experience across the whole spectrum of utilities and may specialise in one particular area, you will however have experience in land referencing, negotiating land rights and dealing with compensation claims.
