Senior Project Manager

A great opportunity for a senior project manager to work for a privately owned multi-disciplinary consultancy on landmark sports and stadia projects in the UK and abroad.

About the client; 

The consultancy is based in zone 1 London and currently comprise of eight. They are aiming to increase their headcount over the next five years to circa fifty and have a tremendous pipeline to support this growth.

The client is not a traditional project and cost management consultancy as they advise clients from RIBA -1 onwards hence, they offer strategic advice, procurement strategy, development management to name a few.

Current and previous clients include a sports union, football club, a large aviation company and private stadia operators. Projects range from £20m to £350m.

About the role;

As a senior project manager, you will be leading your own project(s) from start to finish (client dependent). You will be heavily involved with the clients, strategic decision making, advising on the best procurement routes and ultimately delivering projects.

About you;

In an ideal world you will have experience with stadia, temporary venues, large scale retail developments i.e. Westfield and/or hotels. You must have delivered schemes from start to finish and ideally be chartered in project or cost management.
