The Senior Planner will have an integral role assisting on/leading on a varied array of projects that span the region. Using your local knowledge you will handle residential, commercial, retail, industrial and mixed-use developments on behalf of an impressive client base.

Typical responsibilities will include being tasked with preparing, submitting and negotiating planning applications, developing client relationships, conducting research, handling site appraisals and assisting with the mentoring of team members. As a Senior Planner you will receive plenty of professional support and will have the opportunities to increase your exposure and continue your career development.

The ideal Senior Planner have demonstrable experience of handling projects across the North West and superb communication skills. You will be tasked with working independently and collaboratively thanks to the varied workload undertaken by the Manchester office, therefore, you will be able to demonstrate your strong project management skills and eye for detail.
