Inside IR35 £300-£350 per day

A Council located in South West Hertfordshire are looking for an interim Senior Estates Surveyor for a period of 6 months. This role will assist in the running of the councils extensive and diverse built asset portfolio. This opportunity will involve the management of operational, civic and community assets. The purpose of this role is to play a part in managing the assets efficiently & effectively for the benefit of both the Council and the community, and to approach this in a pro-active manner.

Key duties include:

·         Liaising with stakeholders, tenants and external consultants

 

·         Taking a Corporate landlord function & undertaking Rent reviews, lease renewals 

 

·         Identifying and implementing revenue optimisation strategies and sustainable solutions

 

·         Preparing options appraisals and managing plans for future property outcomes as part of the delivery of the Asset Management Strategy

 

This role requires 5+yrs experience of estates surveying/property management for a range of commercial assets. The RICS is beneficial but not essential. For full details please send your cv.
