Project Manager - Residential Developer - South West London - Up to £85,000 Basic Salary + Bonus + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an established Project Manager to join a family run contractor/developer based in South West London. Projects will vary from £5m in value up to c£50m, this will be working on residential led, mixed use schemes and will comprise of both private and affordable housing.

This opportunity will suit someone coming from a small family run business, and form an integral part of the management team. You will be reporting into the Managing Director allowing you the opportunity to develop your career.

This candidate will be very organised and rigid minded, sticking to set plans and timings and come from a Main Contracting/Residential Developer and construction background. Your experience of managing projects of £5m plus in contract value is expected.
