DESK-TOP VALUATIONS.
WORKING FROM HOME - PART TIME
EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL SURVEYORS REQUIRED.
Several opportunities have arisen with a leading blue chip organisation who are one of the largest distributors of residential valuation and survey work in the UK. The business is driven by a clear focus on its customers and the ongoing management of quality.
Strategic growth of the business has presented several unique opportunities to undertake desk-top residential valuations. You will be Working from home and utilising existing data and information about the property and looking at comparable sales ("comps") in the area to determine its value.
Candidates will have a detailed knowledge and experience of undertaking residential mortgage valuations and be able to operate with minimum supervision. An excellent claims record is important, and you will be AssocRics, MRICS or FRICS and a registered valuer.
These positions may suit experienced Residential Surveyors who presently undertake regular field based valuation inspections, and who would enjoy compiling valuation reports without the need for site visits to inspect the properties.
The roles are likely to be Part Time (or possibly Full Time) and will provide an excellent work/life balance.
Full admin support is provided from their head office.
