Job Details
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Rural Chartered Surveyor to join a busy and expanding team based in Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a successful team of Chartered Surveyors, Estate Agents, Chartered Town Planners providing a wide range of property services.
A successful candidate will be ambitious to take the next step in their career whilst working within a diverse range of professional work.
The Job:
Delivering new business opportunities.
Valuation and general professional advice.
Farm business management
Basic Payment Scheme & Countryside Stewardship grant advice.
Advice on rural planning matters, diversification schemes, development and strategic planning.
Delivering new work stems
The acquisition, disposal and leasing of agricultural, commercial and residential property.
The Candidate:
MRICS and preferable FAAV
Ambitious and driven, aspiring to Partner level.
Maintain a personable and professional approach.
Excellent communication skills
Motivated and enthusiastic
Ability to prioritise workload with good time management skills.
An eye for detail.
Strong team player/leadership skills
A confident networker
