Building Surveyor

My client, a local operating firm of chartered surveyors who have been established since the ‘70s are now looking for a Building Surveyor to join their team in Chichester and handle the workflow of the practice during an exciting transition period. The office is close to the train station and a City Centre location.

With 50 years’ experience in the industry as a practice, my client is well networked in the local area and has a good relationship with estate agents and homeowners alike, offering a stable working environment with a reputable name in the industry. They need a Building Surveyor to join their Chichester based team and carry out general practice duties for a mix of predominantly residential and some commercial properties.

Role & Responsibilities

• Homebuyer reports
• Valuations
• Party Wall surveys
• Surveys of Conditions
• Dilapidations

Required Skills & Experience

• AssRICS or MRICS
• Experience with Homebuyer reports
• Registered valuer, not essential

What you get back

• £40,000
• Discretionary bonus
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
