A brand-new role with a leading London & South East real estate surveying consultancy who are looking to strengthen their professional commercial management business, the post holder will be working from the companies West End office.

A national independent LLP surveying firm based in London and the South East and looking to strengthen their central London commercial Management business. The company currently have over 200 employees who offer a range of professional surveying services to landlords, occupiers, private investors, institutions and property companies. Your new role

This is a brand-new role just released to the market and ideal for a newly qualified to 2 years MRICS PQE surveyor with experience of commercial office / retail property management. The successful post holder will complete a range of management services including landlord & tenant 1954 act instructions, general asset management advice, monitoring financial reports, service charges and reconciliations. The post holder will also manage fee income, client engagement and relationships along with new business development.

What you'll need to succeed

This role is suitable for a surveyor with c.3+ years of commercial property management experience, client engagement experience along with a strong working knowledge of L&T 54 Act law. The successful candidate will have an understanding of Qube management systems, the ability to manage rent collections, debt and service charges.


What you'll get in return

The successful candidate will be offered an industry competitive salary of c.£38,000 - £40,000 + £4,200 Car Allowance. The company offer wider corporate benefits which include; Bonus schemes, 22 days annual leave, company pension scheme and flexi benefits.
