Job Details
A London based private sector client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team in managing shopping centres. You will be joining a sociable team based in Central London.
About the Role:
- You will work with asset managers and centre managers to ensure the smooth management of assets on a daily basis
- Be the point of call for all tenant property management queries
- Undertake service charges
- Check purchase orders and invoices are managed correctly
What this role will offer you:
- Outside IR35
- 6-12 months
- Competitive rate
About You:
Ideally you will be MRICS/hold a relevant property degree.
