Intermediate Project Manager -City of London

A well-established independent construction consultancy, specialising in Commercial, Residential and Retail projects, situated near St Paul's Cathedral, are seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to join their new and expanding City of London office.

The Role

You will be working on projects ranging up to £100million, in residential and commercial sectors. You will join a close knit team and provide support to senior Project Managers as well as carrying your own smaller projects.

The Intermediate Project Manager

As the Intermediate Project Manager, you will ideally have around 2 years Project Management experience and preferably have started your APC. You will have experience working on Residential, Commercial or Retail projects as well as:

Requirements:

  • Client facing, well presented and articulate
  • Construction related degree and Construction Consultancy experience
  • Demonstrable track record in construction or fit-out projects
  • Experience as an Employers Agent
