Building Surveyor

Manchester developer with free onsite restaurant and gym looking to grow team with Building Surveyor.

Your new company
This residential developer has expanded at an explosive rate over the last few years, and after a recent restructure they are ready to begin growing their team again. They specialise in highly bespoke, high quality residential apartments in the extra care industry, with developments ranging from 5 to 35 units plus across the country.

Your new role
You'll be expected to perform all condition surveys, reports, designs and project manage developments across the region and country, working independently to a high quality of work. You'll be working closely with the site teams, expected to be able to resolve issues there and then, managing the construction efficiently and on time.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified Building Surveyor though not necessarily Chartered. You'll need residential experience, be able to work with little guidance, and be ready to increase your responsibilities, work life balance and have your technical skills stretched.
