Chartered Building Surveyor

Carriera has been retained to secure a chartered building surveyor by one of Cambridge's premier property consultancy's.

The opportunity has been forged to strengthen the service offering and help the lead partner in further developing and nurturing new and existing client relationships.

The business operates nationally, employing 600+ throughout its network of offices across the UK. The building surveying department is focused on Commercial, Education and Life Science, providing a full range of project and professional services, working with Landlords, Occupiers, Developers, End-users, Landed Estates and Trusts.

The position will see you working closely with the lead, where day to day the duties you will encompass both project and professional services, whether that be advising on dilapidation cases, serving party wall awards, carrying out due diligence reports or delivering a large scale project as a CA.

The successful candidate will be chartered, whether that be affiliated with the RICS or CIOB. You will have experience in project and professional services and will have worked for private practice. The business provides unrivaled advice, so it is important that you are client-facing, and are committed to delivering excellent customer service.
