3-6 month job opportunity for a Clerk of Works on an exciting new build project in Liverpool.

Your new company is an educational body who are building a new facility in the heart of Liverpool

Your new role
Your new role as Clerk of Works will require you to work as part of a team overseeing the exciting new build of an educational building in Liverpool. You will ensure that the contractor is adhering to the project plan/specification at all times and that all work is carried out in a safe and appropriate manner. Latterly you will be involved in snagging and reporting on any discrepancies to ensure the best interests of the client.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will have experience in a similar role overseeing multi million pound new build construction projects. You'll have the ability to compile detailed reports and monitor performance.
