Development Manager

A privately owned real estate and development company with a rapidly expanding PRS arm are looking for a Development Manager to join their team based in London's West End to assist in delivering their £1bn+ Phase 2 Build to Rent pipeline. You will have responsibility for all up front, post-acquisition activity including, instructing relevant survey work, demolition, site remediation and site preparation strategy, financial & viability testing, design development & feasibility studies, advocacy, planning strategy and planning progression, legal liaison, professional team appointments, managing design teams, strategy for complimentary commercial uses whilst incorporating market trends and generally optimising and adding value to each new development prior to start on site. You will have a minimum of 5 years hands on, post qualification, preferably client side, residential development experience with RICS or equivalent qualification and relevant degree.
