My client is a specialist Construction, Project Management and Consultancy company specialising in the development and delivery of high standards within construction across the whole of the project life cycle.

They are seeking to find an Associate Director with Project Management expertise to join their Manchester office working with high profile clients within the North West on various large scale projects. With projects ranging from £2m- £50m including being sole PM on a prestigious residential tower in the centre of Manchester, this is a unique opportunity to join a close team of professionals who have a great culture fit and fast-growing business.

For this role it is a key pre-requisite you have significant experience in a Project Management role within consultancy or PROPCO. You would be expected to lead and encourage a team of skilled individuals to provide sufficient and valued support throughout the entirety of the project in both the public and private sector. Working closely with the Partners, you will play a vital part in decision making and helping to grow the business.
