A progressive, well established multi-disciplinary building consultancy who operate across the North of the UK are looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their ambitious, expanding consultancy in Preston.

If you are looking to progress your career with a medium sized, regional practice that is dedicated to providing an exceptional service to its clients, then this is the role for you. The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be responsible for undertaking a variety of instructions, including; technical due diligence, dilapidations, contract administration and defect diagnosis.

Further to these as the successful Chartered Building Surveyor you will be regularly liaising with clients and taking instructions from inception through to completion, both solely and as part of a team.

The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will have;

• Ideally MRICS, sitting APC in session 2, 2019 considered.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working within a consultancy/private practice
• Full UK Driving Licence

In Return, The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will receive;

• £36,000 - £48,000
• Performance based bonus
• 25 days annual leave
• Bank holidays
• Car allowance
• 1 Professional membership paid for
