Salary:           £55,000 - £65,000

About the company:

This business enterprise is a firm of Construction Cost Consultants / Quantity Surveyors who established little over 15 years ago but has grown into a well-respected company who work on some of London most interesting projects.  They have a very personal services aiming to give the best advice to their clients.

About the Senior Quantity Surveyor opportunity:

They are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a range of commercial offices refurbishments and new build, as well as high-end residential, mix-use, and hospitality and leisure projects.  As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be running the projects, being the client’s main point of contact, along with some management of more junior surveyors.  You will report to the Associate Director. 

This position would suit a Senior QS who is looking to join an ambitious medium sized firm with a welcoming team and innovative approach to delivering projects for their clients.

Salary for the Senior Quantity Surveyor

£55,000 - £65,000
