The Role of the Asset Surveyor:

Our client is looking to recruit an Asset Realisation Surveyor to support the Estates & Asset Management team in Norwich. You will be entrusted with a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and projects; managing a programme of disposals, schemes and day-to-day agency operations.

Requirements of the Asset Surveyor:

  • Professional membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and be working towards (or willing to work towards) Chartered status
  • Proven experience in a similar estates and asset management role
  • Understanding of funding regimes, development & financial appraisals, and budgetary & financial monitoring
  • Knowledge of property legislation, commercial and general property management & disposal, and local, national and government market economics & policies
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating confidence when conversing with senior stakeholders
