Job Details
Our Client: Independently owned cost management, project management, health and safety and building surveying consultancy.
Projects: Arts, Education, Mixed Use, Commercial, Residential, Leisure, Retail and Industrial.
Company Headcount: 100 - 150
Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- MRICS qualified
- Experience of working within a consultancy environment
- Ideally you will have previous experience of working on Commercial and Education projects
- Experience of dealing with projects from inception through to completion
- Excellent client facing skills
