Are you undertaking a degree within a construction- related field? An excellent opportunity has arisen for a leading Fund Monitoring and Development Consultancy as a Trainee Fund Monitor. This is an amazing opportunity for a young person to get their career started within the property sector and be surrounded by experts with over decades of knowledge and experience behind them.

This particular opportunity would be working part time alongside studying at university to enable you to build your knowledge and get first hand experience within a reputable consultancy working with established clients within the property sector. You will be assisting the team in day to day activities, gaining valuable skills and information for you to grow and develop as a Fund Monitor. The key role of a Fund Monitor is an essential component in providing advice on development risk and protecting the funders interests in property development and investments.

In order to be a successful candidate, you will need to be a motivated, driven and dedicated individual who is passionate about getting a head start within their career.
