Job Details
Joshua Robert are working with an exceptional local firm of Chartered Surveyors and Registered Valuers in the West Yorkshire region.
The role is for a Chartered Residential Valuations Surveyor to carry out private work on a varied portfolio of residential properties including producing RICS HomeBuyer Reports, carrying out building surveys and mortgage valuations.
To be successful in the role you will be an MRICS Residential Surveyor with Registered Valuer status.
In return, the business will pay a leading annual salary (circa £40,000 - £50,000) with a lucrative bonus scheme and autonomous working culture, the business have a 2 year route to Partner plan in place for the right individual.
