PQS/Consultancy

A specialist cost and project management consultancy who work on a range of five star, luxury hotel projects across Europe are seeking a bright and enthusiastic Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.

The successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will work under a Senior Quantity Surveyor, providing a range of pre and post contract services across an array of hospitality projects.

Part of a team of 10, you will gain a broad range of experience and greater responsibility which will further assist your APC diary.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

  • BSc or MSc in a Quantity Surveying related field
  • Min of 2 years' experience, preferably in a PQS/Consultancy environment
  • Basic pre and post contract knowledge
  • Able to commute to London
  • Team player
  • Sociable character
