Their mission is to provide an education to their pupils that enables them to realise their potential, to support this they operate astute, commercially minded operations teams.

Description

• Maintaining accurate and a comprehensive awareness of the range of building condition to inform capital funding expenditure.

• Ensure academy compliance with central estate management strategy and providing opportunities for focused training, particularly on key risk areas

• Support in the monitoring and delivery of key large value capital schemes that will be funded by local and national agencies from time to time

• Support the Trust in maintaining compliant and safe environments including the line management of the National Health and Safety Officer

Profile

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with experience of managing budgets, teams and multiple sites. Must have a relevant degree or membership of a professional body and experience of the education sector is desirable.
