My Local Authority Client is currently looking for an interim Development Manager to deliver a number of commercial and mixed use related development projects. They are looking for someone who can interview in next week.
Skills/Requirements:
- Deliver a number of commercial projects within their development programme all at differing stages and take them through to completion.
- Identify potential sites for development and take them through to the planning stage.
- Be able to efficiently deal with the issues that can occur when working on high profile commercial projects and have the ability to mitigate the risks.
- Oversee feasibility appraisals and financial appraisals for a number of residential schemes.
