Senior Building Surveyor

We are currently looking for Senior Building Surveyor to fill a permanent opening with a company located in the City Centre of Edinburgh. Interested candidates must have a range of surveying experience from project to professional and at least 3 years' postgraduate experience.

Coverage - Nationwide

Requirements of the Senior Building Surveyor:

• Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
• At least 3 years' postgraduate experience with provable technical delivery experience
• Significant exposure to, and good working relations with, private and public sector clients
• IT skills (AutoCAD, NBS, MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel and other bespoke software).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

On offer for the Senior Building Surveyor:

• Salary - £42,000 to £47,000 depending on experience.
• Pension
• Car Allowance
• Holidays - 30 days inclusive of public holidays
• Mileage - £0.45 per mile for business use
• RICS Subscriptions paid
