This role would suit someone who is looking for working flexible hours 3/4 days per week.
Our Client: Specialist interdisciplinary design and construction consultancy
Projects: Education, Housing, Commercial, Local Authority, Retail
Company Headcount: 50 - 100
Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor:
- Experience of running jobs undertaking cost planning and contract administration
- Knowledge of current Construction Design & Management (CDM) Regulations
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present to and engage with all internal and external parties relevant to the role
