Job Details
With strong market conditions our client a leading firm of Chartered Surveyors / Residential Valuation Surveyors (Panel Managers) is urgently recruiting for the below London regions / patches:
- Central London
- SW London
The Person:
- MRICS or AssocRICS
- VRS Registered (training and support may be offered)
- Expect to carry out a range of Mortgage Valuations and Homebuyer Reports (all Surveyors are home based)
- Targets are sensible, as well as a tight concentrated geographical patch.
- Expect a lucrative bonus scheme, car allowance or car, pension and healthcare.
*Basic salaries in the region of £55,000 / £62,000* (depending on experience) plus car allowance and lucrative bonus scheme, OTE in region of £90,000 - £100,000 plus
With an excellent in house training scheme, they strongly encourage applications from Surveyors of all RICS backgrounds.
They are also keen to speak with MRICS Building Surveyors interested in 'crossing over' into the Residential Sector.
