Job Details
You will be joining a well established team, led by a highly experienced partner know for supporting, encouraging and developing every team member.
The focus of the role is to undertake valuations of residential property and mixed portfolios:
- Secured lending
- Accounts
- Acquisition
- Disposal
- Re-gear
- Advising on Build to Rent housing investment models and strategies
About you:
- MRICS qualified
- Experience of single asset residential valuations
- Proven IT skills, including high-level Excel competency.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A vision to achieve Partner level and lead a team within 5 years, or less.
