Job Details
As the building surveyor you will be turning your hand to varied surveying roles such as planned works, responsive repairs, voids, stock condition, clerk of works and more on a weekly and daily basis. This role is on a 3 month temporary basis with a view of being extended.

The key responsibilities of the building surveyor will be:
Profile
The successful Building Surveyor will have experience in:
- Working for a HA or local authority.
- Building surveying experience.
- Experience of dealing with contractors.
- Able to update CRM's or applications whilst on site.
- Relevant industry qualifications such as degree in building surveying, Construction HND etc.
- Full clean driving licence and able to cover Merseyside.
- Happy to work on a temporary basis for 3 months with a view of extending.
