Job Details

A UAE Bank has a requirement for a Divisional Head with previous real estate sector experience to join their corporate banking division in Dubai.

The successful candidate will lead a small team focusing on debt financing for real estate projects.

The role will involve managing and aiding team members with transactions/lending and advisory work - pitching, structuring, negotiating term sheets, seeking credit approvals and negotiating finance documents.

My client is looking for someone from a real estate consultancy or client side position within the GCC with at least 10 years experience within a development advisory / analytical position with strong financial modelling skills as well as experience dealing with real estate feasibility studies, due diligence and advisory.

A rarely available role within this busy team.
