One of the UK's largest, employee owned commercial property consultancies are currently looking to appoint an Associate Building Surveyor to join their client focused, thriving Birmingham office.

If you are looking to progress your career as an Associate Building Surveyor with a forward thinking, client focused consultancy, this could be the role for you. The successful Associate Building Surveyor will be undertaking a wide variety of instructions including; dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, defect diagnosis, project management, contract administration.

Additionally, the successful Building Surveyor will also take responsibility for the management of a small team of Surveyors including graduates and support staff, with exception career progression potential to Director level for the right individual.

The Successful Associate Building Surveyor will have;

• MRICS with ideally 2+ years PQE
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in a leadership position
• Client-facing demeanour

In Return, The Successful Associate Building Surveyor will receive;

• £50,000 - £65,000 DOE
• Performance based bonus
