Senior Building Surveyor

An industry recognised, forward thinking multi-disiplinary real estate consultancy are currently looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to join their diverse team of construction and real estate practitioners in their central Manchester offices.

If you are looking to develop your career as a Senior Building Surveyor within a large prestigious real estate consultancy, then this is the opportunity for you. The company offer a vast range of traditional building surveying services (50:50 project professional split) including; dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, contract administration, project management and more.

The consultancy offer incredible career progression routes upto director levels, and the successful Senior Building Surveyor will be undertake instructions for a variety of prestigious companies and clients, as such it is important that you are able to build strong professional relationships with clients.

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will have;

  • Ideally MRICS or sitting APC in 2019
  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in liaising with clients

In Return, The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will receive;

  • £36,000 - £50,000 DOE
