MRICS Chartered Valuation Surveyor

Upsdales are looking for an MRICS registered valuer to join our company at Associate or Director level.

Our thriving valuation practice has been established in East London for over 100 years and benefits from a number of well-established and productive panel appointments with major High Street lenders.

We also provide professional advice to private clients as well as our associated property management company which serves a varied portfolio of commercial and residential properties and blocks of flats.

Experience in any of the following areas would be an advantage but is not essential.

Commercial & Residential Red Book valuations

Landlord & Tenant

Residential lease extensions

Property Management 

This is an exciting opportunity with genuine directorship prospects and would suit a candidate with the necessary enthusiasm and energy to drive the business forward and develop existing and new areas of business.

The salary package is negotiable depending on experience but an Associate could expect to earn in excess of £50,000 per annum at the outset with the potential to become an equity owning Director with a share of profits.

In addition to the above, we support flexible working and will cover all reasonable costs for the use of your own vehicle for business purposes.
