Client Side Role - Senior Project Manager

A real estate investment trust who own and invest commercial property in key locations in London, currently seek a Senior Project Manager for their in house project management team.
This is an extremely interesting role working on a variety of building types from listed warehouses through to signature offices.

The role:

Working alongside the internal asset management team and as part of an existing project management team, you will be responsible for;
Programming and project managing CAT A refurbishment projects (up to £2m) from inception to completion.
The appointment and management of design and contract team to ensure cost, programme and quality parameters are met

Basic Requirements:

• A BSc degree in a property/construction related discipline
• Experience in project managing commercial refurbishment schemes up to £2m
• Thorough understanding of building construction, contracts and law
• Proven in working with JCT contracts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Requirements:

• MRICS / MCIOB or working towards
• Package on offer
