A position has arisen the building surveying team working in the professional division undertaking a wide range of schemes across Central London. You'll have a strong background across serval surveying disciplines.

• Dilapidations (Landlord & Tenant)
• Technical Due Diligence
• Building & Pre-acquisition surveys
• Contract administration
• Project Management
• Schedules of condition
• Feasibility studies
• Defect analysis and diagnosis

You;

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Proactive
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
