Client-side Senior Project Manager

An opportunity for a senior project manager to join this client-side developer/end user for a key scheme of theirs in Northamptonshire.

About the client; 

This master developer currently has circa 6 strategic sites under development which comprises of circa 25,000 homes, schools, commercial hubs and sport and public space. Their key target market is 100 miles radius from the M25 and have no intention of venturing into the London market.

About the role;

As a senior project manager, you will be tasked with leading phase 2-3 of their current scheme in Northamptonshire. You will be leading and overseeing the construction (delivered by select house builders) of circa 500 homes, 3 schools, sports facilities, an employment hub and public spaces. The phase is currently in land remediation stage and will require someone strong technically and capable of producing a water tight build programme.

About you;

Our client is more interested in personality and cultural fit than having a certain criteria re experience. Having said that, ideally, they want project managers from either a current client-side developer/end user and/or construction firm. Experience with residential/mixed-use schemes from cradle to grave is massively advantageous.

Compensation;
